1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the website greenhouseperhead.com and our proprietary Pay Per Head (PPH) software, you (the “Agent”) agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree to these terms, you must refrain from using our services immediately.

2. Nature of Service (B2B SaaS)

Green House Per Head is strictly a Business-to-Business (B2B) Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) provider.

We provide sports computing infrastructure, data management platforms, and lines hosting services.

Green House Per Head does not operate a sportsbook, accept wagers, manage player funds, or engage in any gambling activities.

3. Agent Responsibility and Legal Compliance

The Agent acts as an independent business owner. It is the sole responsibility of the Agent to ensure that their use of our software tools complies with all local, state, federal, and international laws applicable in their jurisdiction.

Green House Per Head assumes no liability for any legal or regulatory violations committed by the Agent or its final end users (players).

4. Fees and Payment Terms

Services are billed on a per-head, pay-per-use weekly model based on active players. All fees are non-refundable.

Green House Per Head reserves the right to suspend software access if account balances are not settled in accordance with the agreed schedule.

5. Limitation of Liability

Green House Per Head shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from service interruptions, DDoS attacks, or data transmission delays, although we maintain industry-standard mitigation protocols to prevent such occurrences.
