2. Built-in Player Management Controls

Our software architecture provides Agents with complete, granular control over player behavior to mitigate risk and prevent compulsive gaming:

  • Player Self-Exclusion: Agents can instantly lock or suspend any player account upon request, blocking access to the Sportsbook, Casino, and Racebook.
  • Wagering & Credit Limits: Agents can establish hard daily, weekly, or per-bet limits to ensure players do not exceed their financial capabilities.
  • Exclusion of Sub-Features: Ability to disable high-frequency features (such as Live Dealer Casino or specific digital slots) on a per-player basis.

3. Operational Integrity

We encourage all independent agents utilizing our software infrastructure to establish transparent relationships with their players and to monitor reports for irregular or high-risk wagering patterns that may indicate a gambling problem.
