At Green House Per Head, we understand that your data is your business’s most valuable asset.

We enforce strict internal protocols to ensure that all Agent databases, player lists, sheet reports, and financial balances remain 100% confidential.

No third party or any other agent within our network will ever have access to your database.

2. Information We Collect

We only collect essential technical information required to maintain account security and performance:

Agents: Contact information (Name, Email, Phone/WhatsApp) and account configuration preferences.

Players: System-generated player aliases/IDs and wagering data.

We do not require or store real names, financial records, or government IDs of end users.

3. Security Infrastructure

We implement military-grade encryption protocols (SSL/TLS) and advanced firewall layers powered by Cloudflare to secure all data transmissions.

Passwords and access credentials are encrypted using industry-standard cryptographic algorithms.

4. Data Retention

Data is retained for as long as the Agent’s account remains active.

Upon service termination, Agent databases can be permanently purged from our secure servers upon explicit written request, ensuring no digital footprint remains.
